Shiyan Lake Team Building Activities

In order to relax our worker, Master Filtration takes activities in Changsha Shiyan Lake expansion base.

May 17th, 2021. assemble at 8:00 and set out. It is about 9:30 to arrive at the beautiful Shiyan Lake. The water is clean, sky is blue, all of us with good mood breathe the fresh air.

　　9：00~10:00 Preparation

Shiyan Lake expansion base is surrounded by bamboos. The coach tells us the activity rules with humor words. Worker laugh voice breaks the barrier between people and establishes mutual trust.

           10:00~12:30 CS Laser war

Our workers are divided into team 1 and team 2. Everyone with different missions: reconnaissance, cover, charge, rescue, command, carries on a gun like a soldier. It is similar to a company: combination of different departments, such as marketing department, production department, finance department, personnel department. Different departments with different responsibilities and tasks in their work, but they only have one goal: how to use the avaible resources, working together to make their team to win at last. About more than one hour activity time, the winner is team 2.

                    14:00~15:20 Jungle crossing

Walk through the jungle, unleash your passion, realize personal breakthrough, dare to challenge, cultivate courage and perseverance spirit.

　             　15:50-16:20 Dragon boat competition

We are divided into two teams. Under the loud drum sound starting, hand paddle down, we ship round the golden turtle island. The whole island is about 1500 meters. Through this activity, we feel the spirit of collectivism, teamwork, the importance of teamwork.

We all enjoy ourselves in this nice day. Through this meaningful activity, we are better to know ourself and our colleagues.
